River

River was born June 28, 2024 from our beautiful cafe Top 10 #1 girl, Ruby Grand Champion Ivy, and UGCH Anjay Bowmans Remington Ghost Rider, a silver parti. 

He is a lovely solid silver boy, the smallest in the litter. I estimate his adult size to be 24" 50 lbs. He's happy, confident and loves everyone. He loves the show ring too. 

He was barely 3 months old when we entered his first show, The United Poodle Association Poodle Specialty in Courtland Va on October 3, 2024 competing with more mature puppies - all 5 months old. He was best male at the specialty, and won best of breed at three of the following all breed shows and Reserve best in show once. 

We continued to take him to any shows that we were entered. His Novice puppy career was:

Best male - 19

Best of breed - 14

Reserve Best In Show - 4

Best in Show 4 (one was a specialty)

River is now moving on to the Big Show. Due to show schedules, he won't be back in the UKC ring until he's almost 9 months old. We're excited to see where this beautiful boy goes. Maybe some AKC in the works for him? Stay tuned.
